The Arctic Ocean: The Bering Strait connects the Pacific Ocean to the Arctic Ocean, which is the smallest and extends to Iceland and Greenland. It is the second-tiniest of the five oceans. The Southern Ocean, also known as the Antarctica Ocean, is dispersed throughout the southern polar region of Antarctica. Near Australia, it merges with the Pacific Ocean. The Indian Ocean: It stretches between Australia and Africa and continues north from the Southern Ocean to India. South of Africa, at Cape Agulhas, it merges with the Indian Ocean. The Atlantic Ocean: It connects Africa and Europe with North and South America, is the second-largest ocean. Cape Horn in South America is where it collides with the Atlantic Ocean. The Pacific Ocean: Asia, Australia, North and South America, and Oceania are all connected by the Pacific Ocean, which is also the largest. That means major portion of the Earth is covered by oceans & seas only.
